Orders will not be processed or shipped without the customer’s confirmation of the final price. 2. Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders placed on Nanochemazone are considered final and binding. Once confirmed, cancellations or modifications are not allowed, even in cases of supply delay due to reasons like batch failure or customs issues. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by authorized personnel. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or change requests made after order placement. 3. Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event of damaged or lost shipments, customers must notify Nanochemazone within three (3) business days of delivery. 4. Return Shipments
